Grape harvest: First week of September.
Vinification: Cryomaceration in the press for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at 11 °C.
Ageing: In stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow colour with bright green reflections; it opens to the nose with fragrant floral and honeyed notes combined with hints of fresh exotic fruit; it coats the palate with its strong acid backbone, supported by a harmonic softness.
Best served with: Ideal with seafood: mixed starters, raw shellfish, first courses with red fish sauces.
Serving temperature: 12-14 °C.
