昔から、プーリアの人々は村の中心にある高いバルコニーや白いべランダにプーモと呼ばれるつぼみの形をした陶器を飾り、通りかかる人に幸運を囁いてきました。プーモはブドウ畑に栄養を与えてきた土壌の土から産み出されます。躍動感溢れる植物の開花、桃の実やブドウの実といった、春の訪れや新しい生命を表現しています。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（単数）: ネグロアマーロ。
エリア: プーリア州サレントのサン・マルツァーノ、海抜約 100 m 。
土壌: 中程度の粘土質で、あまり深くなく、石灰を多く含む 。
栽培: Spalliera (1ヘクタールあたり5,000本)。
収穫: 9月の2週目および3週目 。
ワイン製造: 約10日間の温度管理下でのマセレーション後、選ばれた酵母によりアルコール発酵が行われます 。
ワイン熟成: ステンレスタンク 。
官能特性: 紫がかった赤に暗い紫色の反射光。力強く、長く続く香り。ブラックカラントやミックスベリー、スパイス、タイムの香り。ベルベットのような調和がとれ、長く続く味わい深いワイン。
ペアリング: どっしりとしたパスタ類、肉料理全般、熟成チーズ 。
飲用温度: 16～18 °C。
