サン・マルツァーノのブドウ農家は自分の庭を手入れするようにそれぞれのブドウ畑を手入れします。各々が違う名前を持つように、歴史も様々です。彼らの 家族や歴史に敬意をこめて、その中の一つ、タロという名を選びました。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（単数）: プリミティーヴォ。
エリア: プーリア州サレントのサン・マルツァーノ、海抜約 100 m 。
土壌: 中程度の粘土質で、あまり深くなく、石灰を多く含む 。
栽培: Spalliera (1ヘクタールあたり5,000本)。
収穫: 9月の2週目
ワイン製造: 約10日間の温度管理下でのマセレーション後、選ばれた酵母によりアルコール発酵が行われます 。
ワイン熟成: フレンチオークとアメリカンオーク樽で6か月間。
官能特性: 力強いルビーレッドで紫がかった反射光。完熟のサクランボやすももを思わせる豊かな香りに、カカオとバニラの心地よい香りが感じられます。すばらしいストラクチャーのワインで、プリミティーヴォの暖かさが柔らかみを与え、甘味が長く感じられます。
ペアリング: どっしりとしたパスタ類、子羊の肉、凝ったソースのジビエ、熟成チーズ
飲用温度: 16～18 °C。
