古来からこの地に根付き、ミネラルに富んだ女性的なブドウからエッダは造られます。オリーブの銀の海、昼の太陽の下の白い石、レースを透かした光、バロック様式の宮殿の切なさ。口では言い表せない土地の魅力を伝えます。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（複数）: 主に白い果実の土着品種のシャルドネ。
エリア: プーリア州サレント、サン・マルツァーノ海抜平均約100メートル。
土壌: 浅め、やや細かい質感。
栽培: グヨー (1ヘクタールあたり4,500本)。
収穫: 8月中旬。
ワイン製造: ブドウの皮を取り、数時間低温でマセレーションします。次の段階では、ブドウの搾りかすを軽くプレスし、その後自然にデキャントされまで低温静止デキャンテーションを行います。フレンチオーク樽でのアルコール発酵。
ワイン熟成: 酵母を使用し、フレンチオーク樽で4か月間。毎週バトナージュ。
官能特性: 色：淡黄色で金色がかった鮮やかな反射光。香り：桃と繊細のバニラの魅惑的なフローラルな香りが鼻をくすぐります。味：エレガント、さわやか、デリケートで、ミネラル分感じられる心地よさ。
ペアリング: 前菜、魚介のパスタ類、チーズ。
飲用温度: 12～14 °C。
