昔から、プーリアの人々は村の中心にある高いバルコニーや白いべランダにプーモと呼ばれるつぼみの形をした陶器を飾り、通りかかる人に幸運を囁いてきました。プーモはブドウ畑に栄養を与えてきた土壌の土から産み出されます。躍動感溢れる植物の開花、桃の実やブドウの実といった、春の訪れや新しい生命を表現しています。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（単数）: シャルドネ。
エリア: プーリア州サレント、サン・マルツァーノ海抜約 100 m。
土壌: 浅め、やや細かい質感の土地。
栽培: グヨー (1ヘクタールあたり4,500本)。
収穫: 8月上旬から中旬 ワイン。
ワイン製造: ブドウの皮を取り、数時間マセレーションします。次の段階では、ブドウの搾りかすを軽くプレスし、その後低温静止デキャンテーションを行い、自然なデキャンテーションができるようにします。アルコール発酵は、12度のステンレス製タンクで行われます。
ワイン熟成: ステンレスタンク。
官能特性: 色：小麦のような黄色。香り：最初にジャスミンとワイルドローズの包み込まれるような花の香りを感じ、その後パイナップルやバナナの香りが感じられます。エレガント、新鮮、デリケートでミネラル分を感じられる味。
ペアリング: 魚介のスープやエビやカニのブロデット。野菜やフレッシュチーズ
飲用温度: 12～14 °C。
