昔から、プーリアの人々は村の中心にある高いバルコニーや白いべランダにプーモと呼ばれるつぼみの形をした陶器を飾り、通りかかる人に幸運を囁いてきました。プーモはブドウ畑に栄養を与えてきた土壌の土から産み出されます。躍動感溢れる植物の開花、桃の実やブドウの実といった、春の訪れや新しい生命を表現しています。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（単数）: プリミティーヴォ
エリア: プーリア州サレント、サン・マルツァーノ海抜約 100 m。
土壌: 中程度の粘土質で、あまり深くなく、石灰を多く含む 。
栽培: Spalliera (1ヘクタールあたり5,000本)。
収穫: 9月の1週目 。
ワイン製造: 約10日間の温度管理下でのマセレーション後、選ばれた酵母によりアルコール発酵が行われます 。
ワイン熟成: ステンレスタンク。
官能特性: 紫がかった反射光。すももやサクランボ、スパイス、ローズマリーとバニラの香りを感じられる複雑な香り。柔らかみがあり、調和のとれた、飲みやすいワイン。
ペアリング: どっしりとしたパスタ類、赤身の肉やジビエ、熟成チーズ 。
飲用温度: 16～18 °C。
